PR-ofession Consulting is an advisory service agent and education centre for professionals in banks, companies and governmental organizations. The name is reflecting our strength in Public Relations together with our professional way of creating solutions. The agency was founded in July 2007 by Rabieb AL-Khatib during his studies in PR Management at the Bavarian Academy for Advertising and Marketing. The first contracting job was to create a communication strategy with a corporate design and a new online presence for EADS in India.

Since then PR-ofession has specialized itself on opinion leadership instruments together with the management of communication for organizations internal, external and online.

PR-ofession is an advising body for Banks due to the knowledge, expertise and network of its founder who spent almost five years working for the third largest European Banking Group out of Munich. The advisement tools contain Treasury basics, Regulatory Issues, Retail and Distribution- Operation- Management.

The most important column for PR-ofession operations is the educational pool. Our clients from different organizations (Commercial and Governmental) can structure the workshop from the pool of our core activities for their employees in different entities according to the organizational requirements. PR-ofession has been founded and established in Munich where the founder Rabieb AL Khatib can look back to a 15 years business and education track record in Germany. This advantage means a variety of experiences and studies in different fields like Marketing, Event and Exhibition, Public Relations and Journalism, Hospitality and Tourism. It is also an additional advantage for PR-ofession to be recognized by several organizations and associations who represent a number of German Industries as a reliable and transparent partner.

The network of the founder in the MENA countries goes beyond Central- and Commercial Banks, Corporates and Governmental organizations. It is maintained into different societies of the region through a strong social network to peer groups and opinion leaders of different countries.
These objectives encouraged the founder to establish the PR-ofession office in the MENA region based in Yemen.

PR-ofession started to offer its services to organizations in the MENA countries out of Yemen and to extend and maintain its existing relationships. To make this a success story, PR-ofession entered a strategic partnership together with Petro Consult in Yemen to maintain its position in the region.
The aim is to generate an added value to our business and our contractors to become able to serve our clients by field operation. We did hire and train locals to meet our high demanding expectations by operating in total quality management process and according to international standards like the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Model for Excellence.

PR-ofession is concerned about its social responsibility. We see ourselves as a continuation to the efforts of international NGOs and NPOs who try to provide development to the MENA region. That is why we offer our services to these organizations in Yemen on a non profit base. We do also support two projects for children and the youth in Yemen in the field of education and sport.
