"Things do not change, we change" -
Henry David Thoreau (author)
PR-ofession is a company that is operating due to the
standards of the Excellence Model of the European Foundation for Quality
Management (EFQM) www.efqm.org. This reflects also the Total Quality Management
(TQM) principle which is reflected by the world wide known brand "Made in
Germany". Discipline, Loyalty, Credibility and Quality all delivered On-Time.
What means Results Orientation, Customer Focus, Leadership and Constancy of
Purpose, Management by Processes and Facts, People Development and Involvement,
Continuous learning, Innovation and Improvement, Partnership Development,
Corporate Social Responsibility (resource EFQM). It is also essential for us to
behave according to our environment and to the guidelines of local and regional
behavioural methods. That why we have a high respect of cultural and ethnic
backgrounds of our business partners.
We do not create miracles. We can go as far as our client's
vision and our client's acceptance for change. We implement ourselves into our
client's organization; define where the organization is acting and where it can
go. We explain to ourselves the complexity of the organization's environment,
define the visual and non visual barriers and select the instruments which the
organization has to use to make it achieve the goals. This means that we will
influence all processes of the organization, to make it eligible for resisting
in times of turbulences and external crisis.
Our clients are organizations who have plans of restructuring, rebranding and
expanding. PR-ofession does have access to a colored pool of mentalities and
cultures which can be used by our clients who are planning a business abroad
their home countries.
Our clients are able to understand the need of flexible behavior within external
markets. They are prepared to accept and adopt the given conditions of the new
environment of the new operating field.
Our clients are conscious and long term investors who consider the employees as
the inseparable resource and the environment as the main assessor for its
operations.
